Project Management in the AlgarveThis is the supervision of building works, ranging from minor repairs to supervising the construction of new property.

This service is often used by clients to ensure that defects identified in a building survey are repaired to a correct and appropriate standard.

A project manager is the client’s main point of contact and will take an overview of an entire project, liaising with builders, specialist contractors, and other property professionals to ensure that works are conducted to required standards and that client directed issues are addressed.

Richard has built up relationships with a number of Algarve builders over the years, and is able to recommend contractors who can carry out works to a high standard.

Specific Defect Reports

This is an examination and report on specific building faults and other issues, and may be required for matters such as disputes with builders, condominium management, neighbours etc.

Snagging

A snagging inspection is the survey of a newly finished property to identify any faults with the construction, and final issues requiring the attention of the builder.

Where required, Richard will liaise with the builders to arrange a second inspection to examine and report on the completion of required works.
